The Grand Priory of the Mediterranean decided that, as from 2005, the seat for the annual general meeting of the Saint Lazarus Hospice Foundation would be at the 5 star Palazzo Palina in Ta’ Cenc, Gozo, built by the Knights of Saint John in 1575. A special inauguration ceremony and luncheon was organized to mark the event and a massive turnout of knights and dames and members of the Order was witnessed.
